This is where we spend most of our days! Unpacking boxes, pulling books, and filling orders. We are getting 200-300 orders out each day. I know many of you placed orders in early June, so you’ve been waiting awhile, but LOTS of titles were on backorder - even some you wouldn't expect. Shipments started arriving and we had to quickly adjust our plan. As you can see from the photos…lots of books..lots of orders to be filled. I promise we are working hard to get this done. As many orders as we get shipped each day, we get that number of daily emails asking the million dollar question, “What’s the ETA on my order?” We know you are excited to receive your books. And we are just as anxious to get them to you. Side note: We love getting tagged in the IG posts/stories when your books arrive. It lifts our spirits! Because it really does break our hearts that we are unable to respond to each individual email. Our intent is never to make you feel unheard or unrecognized. But to even have just one person solely focused on answering emails would require us to decrease productivity in getting books out the door. We are still a small business with limited resources. What does that mean? Many emails go unanswered. We understand some of you will reconsider your purchase due to lack of response. All we can do is acknowledge that and hope you will give us another shot when things slow down because right now, our #1 priority is getting books out the door.

Honestly, the amount of orders we have received over the last few weeks is greater than anything we ever could have imagined. We would never have expected to receive this level of support but understand that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or imagine, according to the power that is at work within us. (Ephesians 3:20)
In order to better service our customers, we have temporarily disabled online ordering. It was a tough decision but one we feel is required to maintain the integrity of our business. We literally have thousands of orders to fulfill and will focus all efforts on getting your orders out the door. We are a small business and even though we were gratefully able to hire part-time staff and a host of volunteers, it is still a process.
Are we taking a risk? Yes, absolutely! But the risk of losing out on orders is one we are willing to trade, in exchange for serving our existing customers. Our long-term goal is to create community and relationships with each of you. That can only be accomplished if we are able to provide a level of service that meets your needs and satisfaction.
We know that there is a plan for us that is bigger than the moment, movement, and momentum we are currently experiencing. "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11) So with that, we are taking comfort in knowing that this is the best decision for our small business right now.

This break will allow us to hyper-focus on getting orders fulfilled and shipped. Between 8am – 4pm, all hands on deck will be doing just that! Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my order?
We are diligently working to get all orders fulfilled. Many items were on back order and due to COVID-19 restrictions and civil unrest, there have been abnormal delays. Please give us a couple of weeks. As we receive books, we are fulfilling customer orders as they came in. It’s hard to know where everyone is on the list and when their order will be filled. If you provided an email address, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking when your order has been shipped. We wish we could provide a more concrete date for each person, but just don't have the manpower to research individual order status'. Thanks so much for your patience! A little grace will allow us to work as quickly as we can without distraction.
Can I update my address?
Yes, you sure can. Please log into your account and update your address. Shipments will be sent to the address on your account, unless you indicated a different "ship to" address when ordering. In that case, they will be shipped to the recipient as indicated. We understand that some of you are moving or changing your "quarantine" location. We don't have the manpower to manage address changes through email. We are human and surely something will fall through the cracks. The best way to ensure your items arrive to the proper destination, is it update your account online.
Can I pick up my order?
We don't currently have a physical location for pick-up but are partnering with a local business to offer that as an option (more details coming soon). Most orders will be shipped as they are fulfilled. We plan to open a storefront later this year (hopefully your existing order will be in your hands before that) (wink) and we would love to see you beautiful masked faces!
My card has not been charged, did my order go through?
We experienced such an influx of orders at one time that we were backlogged on getting cards charged because of the volume. You will see a charge to your card as we fulfill your order. That'll be a good indication that your order is getting close to shipping! Thanks so much for your support and patience!
